9/7/2008 - Mintues for Carnival 2008 are now available. The hardware for this server has been updated so hopefully it have beter uptime. The alumni association is actively looking for new programs to help out with. If you are interested in organizing an activity or helping out in any other capacity please contact Katie Strausser at kstrausser (at) berkeley (dot) edu.

Minutes for the October 14, 2006 (Homecoming 2006) meeting are now available (October 14 Minutes). If you have ideas for a Service project for Carnival, please contact us. If anyone is interested in charing an event between now and Carnival, let us know.

Minutes for the April 22, 2006 (Carnival 2006) meeting are now available (April 22 Minutes). We elected new officers. Anyone interested in chairing any Alumni events, please contact us.

We have a discussion group on LiveJournal, under the name apokcaa. Any member of the association can become a member of this discussion group, and anyone who is interested can post and make comments.

We held our photo organization service project in the APhiO office suite this year at Carnival (2004). There wasn't a huge turnout, but we did get all the photos we could find into rough chronological order.

The executive committee met on July 1, 2003. Meeting minutes are available in rtf format (July 1 Exec Minutes). We decided to go with the same bank as the Foundation, and consolidate the mailing with Lobster Tails (the chapter newsletter). Our Lobster Tails article is also available (Lobster Tails Article).

The bylaws have been posted in both pdf and html format (go to Bylaws).

The first meeting of the Alumni Association took place on Saturday, April 12, 2003. We elected officers, set dues ($5), and approved most of the bylaws. Meeting minutes are available in rtf format (April 12 Minutes).
